Returns & Refunds

We want you to love Upside Down Kingdom. Because each game is a complete, ready-to-play product, we don't accept returns for change of mind. If something is genuinely wrong with the product, we'll make it right.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item: Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you at no cost. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo.

Missing pieces: Let us know and we'll ship the replacement part free. No need to return the game.
