Orders & pricing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, and to correct pricing errors even after an order is placed. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Products. We do our best to display product colors and details accurately, but actual components may vary slightly from the photos on screen.

Shipping. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We're not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier.

Returns & refunds. Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Intellectual property. All content on this site — including the Upside Down Kingdom name, game design, artwork, and text — is owned by us and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Acceptable use. You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage or disrupt it.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
