Welcome to Upside Down Kingdom, a brand of Viya Ventures, Inc ("Viya Ventures," "we," "us," "our"). Viya Ventures, Inc, doing business as Upside Down Kingdom, operates udkgame.com and sells the Upside Down Kingdom cooperative family board game and related products. By accessing this website, placing an order, or joining our messaging program, you agree to these terms.
Text message and RCS messaging program terms
This section governs the Upside Down Kingdom messaging program (SMS, MMS, and RCS) and applies in addition to the rest of these terms.
Program name. Upside Down Kingdom.
Program and product description. Upside Down Kingdom sells a Gospel-centered cooperative family board game for children ages 4 to 12, sold at udkgame.com. Subscribers to our messaging program receive recurring automated informational and marketing text messages from Upside Down Kingdom, including order and shipping updates, shopping cart reminders (abandoned cart notifications), product news and restock alerts, and occasional promotional offers.
How to join. You may join by submitting your mobile number through a sign-up form on udkgame.com, at checkout, or by texting us at the number shown on our site. By opting in you agree to receive recurring automated informational and marketing text messages from Upside Down Kingdom at the number provided, including messages sent by autodialer. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier may.
How to opt out (STOP). Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further marketing messages. You may also opt out by replying in plain language, by clicking unsubscribe in any email, or by contacting us using the customer care details below. We honor opt-out requests received by any reasonable means and process them promptly.

Eligibility. You must be 18 or older and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change over time, and if your carrier is not supported you may not receive messages.
Privacy and your mobile data. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising or for their own marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Information sharing with subcontractors who perform support services on our behalf, such as our messaging platform provider, is restricted to that purpose, and those parties do not use the information for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Changes to the program. We may change or discontinue the messaging program at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page.
Orders and pricing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, and to correct pricing errors even after an order is placed. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
Products. We do our best to display product colors and details accurately, but actual components may vary slightly from the photos on screen.
Shipping. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier.
Returns and refunds. Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Intellectual property. All content on this site, including the Upside Down Kingdom name, game design, artwork, and text, is owned by us and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Acceptable use. You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage or disrupt it.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
Changes. We may update these terms at any time. The version posted here governs your use of the site. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we make changes.
